Robust Sri Lankan aromatic and coconut curry blend. Can be used to create distinctive spicy curry puffs, crusted lamb or prawns, or curried minced meat balls. For a quick and easy curry, use a can of coconut milk, your favourite vegetables and seafood, then simply serve over rice.
As a guide use 1 tablespoon to a can of coconut milk, or use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.
